The lady with the twitter handle @KerryKCee decided to go savage mode on twitter after she seemingly  went straight at  citizen TV personality Willis Raburu  for being overweight .She did this after the presenter innocently congratulated singer Dela  for her 'hot' performance.The twitter user took the word hot literally and took the opportunity to throw the shade.As usual the KOT took the chance to create savage memes and make a run with the shade .Ouch!!!!

Trevor Noah through his social media decided to let his fans worldwide know that he would'nt be sting the 2016 MAMA awards as previously planned.The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place tomorrow evening in Johannesburg,South Africa.

Fans have taken to twitter to express their disappointments and to wish the comedian and TV personality a quick recovery.Though some already threw jabs and said  the comedian has started acting like a ' diva' due to his current status.
It has already been  officially confirmed that Bonang Matheba,another TV & radio personality and business woman from South Africa will replace Trevor Noah in the awards ceremony.

FORMER TUSKER PROJECT FAME PRINCIPAL ACHIENG ABURA PASSES ON.

Former tusker project fame and jazz musician Achieng Abura passed on while under treatment at Kenyatta Hospital after she was admitted for some still unknown illness on13th October at the private wing.Before passing on at around 6AM ,Jazz musician took to her social media platforms to let her fans know that her health was still not in any position to improve and she also disclosed that her doctors had advised her to gain more weight then loose it by exercising,This is after she was visited by a fellow musician Suzzane Owiyo who also said that Achieng Abura was still unstable.Princess July, a benga musician and other musicians have expressed their condolences.The late Achieng Abura has left behind a 23 year old son.

The Eldoret-born songstress has played a big role in the Kenyan music scene and she helped train a lot of talented up-coming musicians, she has left a very big gap that cannot be filled by any other.The very talented afro-fusion and jazz songstress received a Kora award in 2004 for the albums she successfully released named 'sulwe' ,'i believe' and  'way over yonder'. She launched her successful career in the 1990 with a gospel album that was received a positive response.
Her passing on is a big loss to the nation and may her soul rest in peace,our prayer goes out to the family and may God give them the strength to overcome this trying moments.

probably still wetting their beds and still being bathed lol.Jimw@t of calif records which had the likes of Jua cali, Nonini and Flexx on its roster, gave us a hit song that we could'nt stop singing and jamming to ,the lyrical content of the song was very hilarious and the video that accompanied it was comedy itself,singing about getting a rested for getting an under 18 year lady drunk,a policeman stops them and asks for id ,jimw@at produces his while the lady says that she forgot to carry her ID.Every kid in school used to know the lyrics to this song and not to forget it was the era of 'sheng' and if you did'nt know the language then you were not 'cool' enough.Those are the times when baggy jeans and shirts were the in thing.

Remember the 'kumbe ni under 18' and 'kijana mang'aa inapea mtoto chang'aa' phrases  that came with the song.The rapper gave us a song that was considered to be 'fire' by then.these are the times you sometimes wish you could experience again.

After being voted the best group in Africa in the Afrima awards,the boy band has again been added on the list of performers expected to grace the stage in the coming 2016 MAMA awards to be held in Johannesburg,South Africa,They will perform with the likes of Wizkid , Dj Maphorisa ,Diamond Platnumz ,Emtee and many other acts from all over Africa and internationally .The awards event will take place on Saturday of 22nd October.

The four-man band has had a successful career and have been receiving many nominations on international award platforms such as MTV and BET awards.Apart from the nominations and the billed MAMA awards perfomance and being nominated in the same award platform,Sauti Sol had also landed another mouth-watering deal with E!Entertainment in which they will be featured on the E!VIP series of celebrities from all over Africa talking about their lives in the limelight.The band has definitely made Kenya proud and they have proved that they are here to stay.Goodluck Sauti sol,we now have reason to watch the 2016 MAMAs.

KOFFI OLOMIDE APOLOGIZES TO KENYANS.

After he blatantly attacked one if his female dancers immediately after he arrived at the airport for his scheduled performance in Kenya ,Koffi Olomide has finally come out to condemn his actions and asked for an apology from Kenyans.The Congolese musician found himself in a hot spot few months ago when he attacked one of his female dancers in broad daylight at Jomo Kenyatta international airport immediately after arriving in the country.The video of him kicking the dancer quickly went viral and Kenyans could not let it slide,he was immediately deported from the country and his scheduled show and album release party had to be cancelled after he already sold out almost all the tickets for the show.

Koffi Olomide apologized through a one minute clip in which he could be quoted saying;

''My brothers my sisters of Kenya this is Koffi. Through Churchill show, I wanted to say hi to you and send you a message of love, of respect, of friendship. I’m sorry for what happened last time and my prayer is you forgive me for what happened. I’m only a human being despite being the superstar Koffi Olomide,”  stated the 'selfie' hit singer.
Will Kenyans forgive him?,well unless he performs one gig  for free i guess.

DIAMOND PLATNUMZ'S MANAGER DEMANDS FOR AN APOLOGY FROM ALIKIBA.

This comes after Ali Kiba accused Diamond Platnumz of playing dirty tricks to frustrate his performance at Mombasa Rocks which had billed international acts wizkid and Chris Brown.This all came up when Ali Kiba declined to perform before wizkid ,claiming he is bigger in Kenya compared to Wizkid,there was a standoff for sometime and the 'mwana' hit singer finally got his way and performed after wizkid and before Chris Brown.This didn't even go well after Chris Brown's security demanded that Ali Kiba be taken off the stage to allow Chris Brown to perform,this was 2minutes into Kiba's set.
 Ali Kiba finally came out to literally blame Diamond Platnumz for the dramatic standoff,he accused Diamond of being involved in the dirty tricks in order to tarnish his image at the concert,he backed up his accusation by saying he sighted an 'unusual' Diamond Platnumz's manager's Sallam Sharaff's presence at the backstage during the concert considering the fact that his artiste was not at the event,this is after his microphone went off as he was doing his set.Diamond's manager has now come out to demand for an apology from Ali Kiba and made it clear that his presence at the concert was due to his business meeting with wizkid.
Well i think its high time the two big acts stopped trading accusations and start working together to represent East Africa more.

CHRIS BROWN AND WIZKID LIVED UP TO THE HYPE!

The fans who had paid  kshs10,000 for regular tickets and VIP tickets for Kshs 50,000 from Mombasa and some from all over the country and even East Africa were given a thrilling  performance by the r&b star Chris brown and Nigerian pop star and self proclaimed star boy Wizkid.The two international acts made sure they showed the fans the concert was worth the expensive tickets.
Fans started to come to the venue as early as 4PM to wait for the concert which was to start at midnight and when Chris brown finally hit the stage, the shouts and screams could tell how excited the fans were.The 'back to sleep' singer showed his electric dance moves that got the crowd on fire for an energetic 90 minutes set,leaving the crowd asking for more.Notable attendees included Mombasa governor Hon. Hassan Joho and Abbas Mohammed ,the county executive of youth,gender and sports and the hype man was the famous radio personality Shaffie Weru who did his part perfectly.
Female fans made sure their excitement was noticed as many of them tried to access the stage which was tightly secured and some were even screaming for the star to take off his shirt which the star finally bowed to.
It seems the star proved he was worth the 90 Million Kenya shillings he was paid for the 90 minutes set(basically kshs1 million per minute)

His Nigerian counterpart starboy Wizkid  also lived up to the hype and gave an electrifying performance and wowed fans with his hit singles and Naija moves.Though Chris Brown was marked with controversy following the phone smashing incidence,the show went on peacefully with no issues though the attendance which the organizers expected to hit 12,000 didn't come to pass as only 3,000 people attended,many complained about the expensive tickets.

Chris Brown seems to be hitting the headlines everyday for all the wrong  doings.The 'loyal' shit singer has again been caught in dramatic moment after he allegedly smashed a female fan's phone as she tried to take a selfie with him when the singer arrived at Mombasa airport.This dramatic incident happened today early  morning as the musician was about to board his car at the Moi International Airport.The phone is said to be an expensive one and as usual fans took to social media platforms to lash at the singer for the wrong act while some simply made fun of the incident and some even created and  threw funny 'twitter meme' jabs at the lady involved.
